Maria was my agent for selling and buying a home. Maria is everything that you want in a realtor: She is personable, experienced, professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, detail oriented and hard working.

Maria truly wants the best for her clients and I always trusted her with the input and advice she gave me. This came especially to light after looking for a few months to find the right place. I finally found a townhouse that would work for me and I felt I could call home.

But the listing was with a real estate broker where the seller does most of the work, meaning there was very little commission for her in doing this transaction. Maria still was on top of things and just as committed to do what was aligned for buying this listing. She said all along that the most important thing was that I found what I was looking for and she was very happy for me.
